...The voice is constant – the River is always speaking.
Its voice is the catalyst that has taken us to a new day,
a morning that has already dawned and claimed its place in history...

Do you wonder just what RiverPlace Development Corp. does? We’d like to provide some answers. A board, comprised of local government, business and civic representatives, sets the course of action for RiverPlace. The RiverPlace staff is led by Bob Behling, Executive Vice President. His charge is to coordinate plans for the Riverfront as well as communicate these plans to the community at large. RiverPlace is also designed to serve as the facilitator and matchmaker between projects, project leads, and sponsors. RiverPlace Development Corp. operates from its fifth-floor offices at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. The office provides the space to showcase components of the comprehensive plan and vision for the Riverfront. Normal business hours are 9 am to 5 pm weekdays. Visitors are always welcome!
