Come to the Riverfront to see the amazing dragon boats created during the 2008 Greater Reading Cherry Blossom Festival.
Have a canoe or kayak collecting dust in your garage? Get it back on the water and join in the flotilla fun on Sunday, April 19th! Flotillas will start forming at 10:00 a.m. at Muhlenberg Township’s Park, and will depart at 10:30 a.m. with assistance from the Keystone Canoe Club. The boats will arrive at Kerper’s Landing in Reading’s Riverfront Park about 1:00 p.m.
Construct your own dragon, bird, or fish boat to be featured in the flotilla.
