Bingaman Street Gateway

Description:

With red gravel reflecting our city's most prominent landmark, the Pagoda, and incorporating plantings to soften the triangle, this garden proudly welcomes residents and visitors alike to RiverPlace.

Now completed, it is designed to put our best face forward along the gateway into RiverPlace along Bingaman Street.  Partners include the City of Reading, Berks Packing, the Berks Urban Gardeners, Boscov's, and the Southwest Neighborhood Association.
